Invoices are to be paid within 7 days of receiving them.
If the market falls within 7 days, the invoice should be paid immediately.
Refunds are not given once the invoice has been paid.
Site allocation details will be sent via email to stallholders in the days prior to market day.
All photographs taken by Sacred Tree Market’s photographers are property of Sacred Tree Markets and can be used in any of Sacred Tree Markets advertising ventures (website, print, social media etc).
Any photographs and materials sent to us by stallholders can be used in any Sacred Tree Market promotional material.
All rubbish from my stall will be removed and disposed of accordingly. (Skip bins and recycle bins will be provided by Sacred Tree Markets to assist in this process).
No smoking or alcohol (unless approved by STM) is permitted within stalls.
Any damage caused by the stallholder or their items will be paid for by the stallholder.
Illegal or counterfeit items will not be sold.
Each stallholder acknowledges they cannot claim exclusivity on a product or service. Although Sacred Tree Markets is committed to goods and services on site being authentic and unusual.
OHS is the personal responsibility of each stallholder.
Stallholders must be set up and ready to trade between at 9am-2pm Sunday.
No vehicles are to be left on premises unless they strictly pertain to the stallholders business (St Johns Ambulance, coffee van etc). Parking will be available to stallholders.
Stallholders are expected to be on site on each relevant market day.
Sacred Tree Markets will be run rain, hail or shine unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the organisers or emergency services.
Insurances must be provided to Sacred Tree Markets via email or mail prior to confirmation of bookings.
All registrations and licences required by law must be current and available for display. Electrical appliances must have current testing tags and be attached as required by law. By becoming a stallholder you will abide by all laws and regulations at all times.
Sacred Tree Markets reserve the right to refuse entry to any persons at their sole discretion.
In the case of emergency stallholders are to comply with Sacred Tree Markets staff directives and proceed to designated assembly areas on the footpath outside the cemetery in Station Street.
Sacred Tree Markets is unlike any other market event in that we are an organisation committed to the “energetic environment” as well as the physical look of the event. In agreeing to become a stallholder at Sacred Tree Markets you are agreeing to keeping the energetic environment a happy and peaceful place and to respect others.
