Terms & Conditions for Morpeth Pop-Up Market

  • The market will be run as a curated Boutique & Retail market, with stalls expected to be of a high calibre in product, marketing & presentation.
  • This market will be curated as a high quality festival event, as such gazebo colours will be open and we are seeking interest from boutique retail stores.
  • All marquees are to be weighted and or pegged. Trade will not be permitted without marquees being properly secured.
  • All stallholders are required to take their rubbish with them when leaving the premises.

I already have $10 Million Market Traders Public Liability Insurance.
Note: You must attach a copy of your policy below.

This must be Market Traders Public Liability Insurance,
not Business Public Liability Insurance.
If No is selected, an additional $10 will be charged to cover you
under Sacred Tree Markets' Public Liability Insurance.
